Cheyne Capital is pleased to have continued its relationship with Dunas Capital through the provision of a €31 million financing agreement for the development of a state-of-the-art logistics complex at the Antequera Dry Port in Malaga, Spain.

The complex, which will be leased in its entirety to Ontime Logística Integral, will be built on a 63,000 sqm lot and will have a gross floor area of 36,000 sqm incorporating "tri-temperature" cold storage technology, making it one of the most advanced cold-chain logistics platforms in Spain. The project is designed according to sustainable construction criteria, with energy-efficient infrastructure and green energy generation systems specifically geared towards powering sophisticated refrigeration equipment.

The complex is located in the Antequera Dry Port, one of the most ambitious logistics infrastructure projects in southern Europe, managed by the French business group Groupe IDEC. Covering an area of more than 330 hectares, the site is part of the Andalusian Logistics Network and offers direct connections to the Mediterranean and Atlantic rail corridors, as well as to the region's major road networks, seaports and airports.
