Cheyne Capital hosts Real Estate Debt breakfast exploring the senior lending opportunity

Thank you to everybody who joined us last week for our Real Estate Debt breakfast focusing on The Senior Lending Opportunity.

As investors consider the alternatives to corporate direct lending, we enjoyed discussing the robust downside protection provided by senior secured real estate lending. We also explored the potential for outsized returns relative to other credit asset classes, especially in Europe, where real estate debt supply is more constrained and has higher barriers to entry than in the US.
