We are proud that our early call on the return of the office market has been recognised by Real Estate Capital Europe, which has kindly awarded us Office Lender of the Year: Europe and Development Financing Deal of the Year: Europe, as well as Alternative Lender of the Year: France.
The Development Financing Deal award specifically recognises our £500 million loan to GAMUDA and Castleforge for the redevelopment of 75 London Wall, which is transforming from a City stronghold into an international landmark of creative reinvention and material re-use.
